Do I need ducts?

Yes — using a spiral duct and stream chamber, it can cool and heat several rooms simultaneously.

What is E.S.P. control?

Accepted Answer

External Static Pressure control means the BLDC fan motor adjusts its speed to keep airflow constant, even if your ducts have bends or different lengths. Without it, distant rooms would get less air.

How much ceiling space does it need?

The indoor unit has a minimised height for a mid-static ducted unit — typically around 210 mm. You need at least that plus service clearance above. We'll measure on site.

Why choose ducted over cassettes?

Accepted Answer

When you want only ceiling grilles visible — no indoor units at all. It's the cleanest look, and one unit can serve multiple rooms. The trade-off is higher install cost because of the ducting.

Can it heat?

Yes — it's a heat pump with 20 000 BTU heating capacity vs 18 000 BTU cooling. One unit for the whole year.
