Refrigerant levels and system pressure
We check if the system has the right charge. Low refrigerant causes weak cooling and can damage the compressor over time.
Filters, coils and airflow
Blocked filters or dirty coils restrict airflow and make the system work harder. We clean or replace where needed.
Drainage, electrics and thermostat operation
We check that water drains properly, that electrical connections are sound and that the thermostat is calling for cooling correctly.
Compressor, fan motors and capacitors
We test the compressor, indoor and outdoor fans, and the capacitors that start them. Failed components are replaced on the spot where possible.
